If your item needs to be modified (ring size, length of chain, etc.) send an email
to support@amicajewels.com.
Please use the subject line "Request for Service".
Describe the issue clearly and with as much detail as possible and be sure to provide
your preferred contact information.
We will respond by the end of the next business day to discuss what can be done
to ensure complete satisfaction.

Return Policies
|
For regular stock items we offer a 30-day return policy.
Custom work, special orders, and personalized or engraved items are not returnable
unless there has been an error on our part. (That hasn't happened yet, but if it
ever does we'll make it good.)
Items must be returned to us within 30 days of your initial invoice date.

Return Process
|
Items must be returned in their original state and condition. Should the items be
altered in any way all return privileges will be withdrawn.
1. Obtain your Return Authorization Number (RAN) by sending an email to support@amicajewels.com.
Please use the subject, "Request for Return Authorization." We'll send it by the
end of the next business day.
2. Pack the jewelry and all original packaging, documentation and jewelry certification
reports securely in a sturdy box. Your original order will include a return address
label.
Write your Return Authorization Number clearly on the front of the box.
IMPORTANT: If the original certification is missing you will be billed a replacement
charge of US$250 per certificate.
3. Send the returns package to our company address via an insured carrier that provides
tracking.
4. Insure the parcel for its full value. Amica Jewels will not be liable for any
loss which may occur during the return process if the goods are not insured.
5. Let us know the tracking number by sending an email to support@amicajewels.com.
Please use the subject "Tracking number for return". Include your name, your return
authorization number, the shipping company you're using and the tracking number
in the email.
6. Following satisfactory inspection of the returned item(s), your refund will be
processed.
NOTE: Refunds on payments made by credit card will be made to the original card
only. Likewise, payments made through PayPal will only be refunded to the original
accounts debited.
The customer is responsible for shipping, handling and insurance costs when items
are returned, but if the return is necessary because Amica Jewels made an error
we will reimburse your shipping and insurance costs for the return.
